One of the biggest things Fraser taught me both through his communication and feedback on my lifts was intention. The intention to lift the weights and make the movements in specific ways to reach my specific goals and actually progress to get real results. Fraser has helped my rugby performance but also imparted a great deal of knowledge to help my fitness and training and anyone who wants to make real progress should enrol with him as soon as possible.”
I thoroughly enjoyed supporting Jourdan and helping him improve his technique with a few lifts in the gym. I was delighted to see his efforts with the fitness side of things paid off when he forwarded me a clip of him in action and making a try saving tackle during the final stages of a game. The good ‘ol “coat hangers” drill strikes again.
